Do you do "Supply only" ?
No, as a fully licensed balustrade company, we custom make and fully install ALL jobs, we don't do a "supply only" style balustrade that can be shipped and self installed.
Keep in mind balustrade is a highly regulated product and for safety reasons its best to let the experts do it.

How high will my new balustrade be?
The current regulations state that balustrade must be 1 mtr high from floor level to top of handrail, however we go slightly above that at 1010mm on most jobs.
However all of our balustrade is custom made so we can make it higher if required. (note these heights are different for stairs, and may differ from job to job.)

What colour can I have my new balustrade?
When providing a quote, we allow for any "standard colour" these colours can be found in our powder coat colour chart on our website, look under the heading "colour chart". If you need a little guidance we can help, When we do our final measure we bring with us some colour swatches of the most popular colours so you can see them in person.
Some colours are deemed to be "special order" colours from the powder coaters, if you happen to choose a special order colour we will advise you as these attract a surcharge so therefor will be more expensive.

Do you remove the old balustrade?
No, I'm sorry but we don't get involved in any removal, demolition or repairs. Its important to note that when you remove your old balustrade, often you will be left with repairs you will want to undertake before the new balustrade goes in, this may include painting, tiling, patching timber or walls etc.
We find that local handman services are a great resource for this type of work. Ask us if we can recommend one.

Do you come out for a free measure and quote?
Yes we do, However we can quote most jobs within 24 hours from a phone call, photos, drawings and/or plans.
Feel free to email or text us some pics of your job and we will call to discuss and supply a fast and efficient quote.
If we need to come to site to see the job in person we will let you know, however this can slow down the process substantially.

Do you do large unit blocks or high rise apartments buildings?
No, we specialise in residental homes.
Sometimes we can help with smaller unit jobs such as "six pack units" and ground level/ 1st floor unit buildings.

Do you do commercial balustrade?
No, we only do residential balustrade
Therefor don't typically do office buildings, public spaces or commercial shop spaces.
